Orders & Shipping
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times:

  • U.S.: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 7–10 business days
  • Philippines: 15–25 business days

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and the Philippines. Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.


Payments & Checkout
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us at support@glowplusgear.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist.


Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free on eligible items. Some items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable at checkout are not eligible. See our full Refund Policy.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email support@glowplusgear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
